The Perpetual Poverty Problem

During this time in Earth's profoundly catastrophic, and corrupt history, I've pondered on those who are dealing with this pandemic, and are homeless. The unmet poverty line is no hidden secret, when regarding the average home in the urban community.
So many conspiracy theories have surrounded the outbreak of the COVID-19 monstrosity, but one undeniably concerning truth is the status of the homeless men, women, and families. What are the whereabouts of those who not only cannot afford treatment, but who're in the streets mask-less, glove-less, and unprotected? Who is caring for them?
Regarding personal experience, there has been a gentleman who I've seen on a constant basis; he doesn't fit the typical "please can I have a dollar bruh" prototype. It gets hard trying to help at times, especially since our meets appear consistent, but when you lay eyes on him, you can tell he isn't eating much. His body is thinning out, and he tells me sometimes of the situations he endures regarding where he can stay.
I imagine 3 scenarios consistently; [1] what it will be like when I attain levels of affluence, [2] where I am now, and [3] what I see around me regarding people who are seriously suffering on an economic level. I cannot wait to truly be wealthy, so that I can be the difference...globally! That said, I've been active in doing whatever I can in small ways. I am more grateful for those who help others, without them purposely recording it (for sake of looking to build clout, and their repute). We need to make intentional the move to help those who're suffering; it could be you, ya know! Especially now...
So...much...suffering.
