The Black Woman...Have We Failed Her?

This goes without saying for certain, but we have not done right by our black women for generations. Every black man has likely (but not absolutely) made one black woman cry, hurt, and/or wish she never met us! To be born a black woman has been made to appear horrible, only due to the sick treatment of black women across the globe. Yet, I know for a fact that a woman of the darkened hue, far supersedes others regarding resilience, potential, and prowess.
It is likely why she is attacked the most? Regardless of that, there is no proper reasoning for her mistreatment!
The death of Breonna Taylor proves to me how badly the masses do not value black women. Understand that many people were horrified at the incident, and mourned, and were angry, but the racially wicked majority, and those with economic and political control weren't phased an inch. If the black community desires to seek growth, we're going to have to mandate measures of organized protection, and a single, focal point regarding our ultimate goal as a people. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
We sit in our homes comfortably as murders of blacks pass like trends, and then await the next hashtag, social media post, video clip, or article on another vicious death in the black community. Black people dying is becoming all too comfortable to be seen in media (for most), and if you haven't noticed, unless a mass shooting occurs, black people are the main target!
Let us begin with a few, very necessary changes! Let's retract the consistency of oversexualization of our women! Let's mind our speech when speaking to our women, and remember that Queens require respect when being addressed. Let us treat ourselves with dignity, and carry ourselves with class, so that the proper treatment of our black Queens can be easily rendered.
If you say that females like to be called b!#3s these days, know that you have to remember that you are the one planting the seeds. When you speak to black woman, you likely will have an automatic influence. It may not be great, but the seed is planted regardless. Constant effort to change any woman's perspective could breed interesting results, if she views herself differently later on. Regardless of the kind of woman around you, ALWAYS speak in proper manner to her.
I hope that this article speaks to the heart...if we as Black Kings don't value our Queens, then we don't even deserve them. Yes, we're a target too, but I didn't write this one for us. Our women need us! They've been fighting for us since the beginning; we should be ashamed of ourselves for not fighting for them, without question!
